When we arrived in Otter they had not received any snow this fall or winter. The first night in camp we got 6" of fresh powder. Needless to say the bucks were moving the rest of the week. Low temps never got higher than 6 degrees and the highs were anywhere from 22-38 degrees. Beautiful weather to say the least. Probably saw 150-175 bucks over the five day hunt and managed to tag at noon on the last day. It was a great time with family and friends.

Stan,

The outfitter hunting license is $845 paid to the state. We hunted 2x1 (2 hunters, 1 guide) and paid $3250. We were in camp 6 nights and hunted five days. All food and transportation from the airport was provided. Another way to look at it would be 5 GA SKA tournaments running twin 250's. This was the second time in five years that we have taken this trip and it has been awesome both times. This particular hunt does not include all of the pampering and foo foo. However, any hunter can be hunted regardless of his or her physical ability. They will go just as hard as you want to.
